It's Party Time!!!

I love parties!! What's more fun than giving a friend a BIG BIRTHDAY BASH?!!! Not much!! So who's birthday is it?! Pardon me as I bow when I say this (giggle) but it's "The Queen's Birthday"! The Queen, or Vicki, of "Queen Kat's Designs" that is! I just had to instigate a little party action when I saw her birthday was coming and what's an important part of any party?!
